Amid the ongoing uncertainty of Covid-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time during the COVID-19 Pandemic, unless you have no call - no showed 3 times in a row, with no proof of being affected by the COVID-19. But PLEASE be mindful to call at least 24-HRS in advance. Thank you!
**24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hour advance notice, you will get one warning the 1st Incident with no charge. However, the 2nd incident will be charged 1/2 price of the massage, the 3rd incident and/or more, the client will be charged the full price of the massage. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
ALSO, SAVVI BODY LLC IS NO LONGER ACCEPTING EMAIL CANCELLATIONS. IF YOU CANCEL VIA EMAIL, PLEASE FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR CANCELLATION, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR YOUR SESSION.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "NO-SHOW". They will be charged 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICES for their “missed” appointment. Fees will be charged on their scheduled appointment date. Meaning: If Therapist shows up to destination and waits for 15 minutes, with no contact from said client or no one being home or in the office at said appointment time, then Savvi Body will charge the client a 100% OF THEIR SCHEDULED SERVICE FEE!!

arrive to their destination and no one is home.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. (PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE. IF YOU DO NOT CALL, WE MAY ASSUME YOU ARE A "NO-SHOW" AND YOUR THERAPIST(S) MAY NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE.) Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining in order to begin the treatment if you are late. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session amount. Unless determined otherwise by Management. If it is determined that there is not enough time to start a treatment, the appointment will be considered a "NO-SHOW", regardless of the length of the treatment given. In turn you have agreed that you are responsible and will be charged 100% of your scheduled services. Any cancellation made 30 minutes before your appointment time will be considered a "NO-SHOW" and will be billed to you accordingly, unless informed that you have become ill.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist(s) and other clients in need of therapeutic bodywork, PLEASE plan accordingly and be on time.
Massage/Bodywork is NOT appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-HR notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived.
**PLEASE remember that we DO HONOR MOST SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, especially if your are sick or have been tested for COVID-19.
